6. INFORMATION ABOUT THE MANUFACTURER/PACKAGER OR SELLER - art. 5 (1e) and art. 19 WEL
Indication of the name or business name and address of the manufacturer or packager or of a seller established within the European Community is required. Instead of their address, legal entities may indicate their place of business only. Art. 11 of the "Hoeveelheidsaanduidingenbesluit" also requires this information on an e-prepackaging
