The e-mark
11. THE e-MARK
- This mark may be used only when prepackages are filled meeting the requirements of the average contents system of het EC Council Directive (05/106/EEC) on approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making-up by volume of certain prepacked liquids.
- This e-mark, at least 3 mm high, should be placed in same field of vision asthe indication of the volume of the bottle (Art. 12 "Hoeveelheids- aanduidingenbesluit")
- Using any mark that is similar to the official e-mark may be confused with it, will be considered as illegal (Art 14 "Hoeveelheidsaanduidingenbesluit").
